LAHORE – Kangna Ranaut was recently upset over her last film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi not receiving due attention.
When Zoya Akhtar was recently questioned about Kangana’s statements regarding Bollywood and what does she think of this whole backlash from Kangana, she retorted saying, “Of course people appreciate her work…I don’t understand her accusations, I’m sorry”.
In the wake of Pulwama attack Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar turned down an invitation by the Karachi Arts Council citing the dastardly attack.
The latest is that Kangana has now lashed out at Shabana Azmi, she said, “The film industry is full of such anti-nationals who boost enemies morale in many ways but right now is the time to focus on decisive actions… Pakistan ban is not the focus, Pakistan destruction is”.
The veteran actress has finally reacted to Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi actress’ statement. In a recent interaction with in.com, Shabana said,
“You really think at a time like this a personal attack on me can be of any significance when the entire country stands as one in our grief and in condemning this dastardly Pulwama attack? May God bless her. Shabana Azmi.”
Pakistanis seem disappointed with Kangana’s point of view since Kangana is loved here by her unlimited fans who are now sceptical of what they think about her.
