These reads will make war cheering people realise what hell it brings with it

LAHORE – Indian pilot thanked the Pakistan Army captain and soldiers for saving his life from an angry mob who gathered at the crash site when the LOC was violated by him earlier. He said, “I am very impressed by the Pakistani Army and I would like to say Pakistani soldiers must be treated in the same way [with respect and dignity].”

Pakistan has dealt with the whole fiasco pretty well but some social media warriors think war is the ultimately BEST option, uh.

Here are a few reads that will take you into the actual world of war and teach good enough lessons.

“They things they carried” by Tim O’Brien.

“Hiroshima : The World’s Bomb” by Andrew J. Rotter

“The Fall of France : The Nazi Invasion of 1940” by Julian Jackson

“A Rumor of War” by Philip Caputo

“The Book Thief” by Markus Zusak
