Karachi Kings beat Lahore by 5 wickets in 20th PSL match

DUBAI – Karachi Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars in the 20th encounter of the Pakistan Super League at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Thursday night.

Kings captain Imad Wasim won the toss and elected to bowl first against Lahore Qalandars following which the team was given a target of 134 runs.

AB DE Villiers scored 33 while Sohail Akhter managed to contribute 29 to the total. Iftikhar Ahmed took two wickets.

In response, Karachi Kings chased the target in 20th over with five wickets in hand as Liam Livingstone scored 38 while Iftikhar Ahmed scored 33.

For Qalandars, S.Lamichhane took two wickets while David Wiese took one.

Previously, both teams clashed on February 16 at Dubai where the Kings emerged victorious by 27 runs.
